Over 4 weeks this month we give you all the ingredients for our peak pose :: #Astavakrasana or #8anglepose . ▪️Eight Angle is a fun & fancy arm balance, but don’t be spooked! 🕷 We will set you up with proper alignment, preparation, & modification! ▪️Every Friday we will teach a Posture & encourage you post a pic + practice it all week. By the end of the month you will have the building blocks for your expression of 8 Angle Pose. As always, we will have options, modifications, & prop ideas - Yoga School is for ALL levels! .
